Employment and professional practice - patient rights, ethics, legal considerations, applications, interviews, registration, associations, relevant Acts and continuing education. Practice management - personnel, communication, inventory control, quality monitoring. Applied community dentistry - public health dentistry review, situational analysis, target groups, strategies, evaluation, resources. Special topics - review of oral conditions and child development, disabled patients and an overview of the dental specialities. Industrial experience placement is included. |
