Occupational health considerations. Patient records - treatment plans, referrals and consultations. Pre and post-operative patient information. Periodontology - early onset periodontitis, acute periodontal conditions and dressings. Restorative dentistry- further design considerations, failure of restorations and management of complicated cases. Dental trauma. Orthodontics - assessment, aetiology and classification of malocclusions, growth, treatment planning, timing, care of appliances, retention andcomplications. Exodontia - precautions, instruments and techniques. Suture removal. Clinical medicine - cardiovascular, blood, respiratory, endocrine, neurological, psychiatric, auto immune and allergic disorders, infections and medical emergencies. |
