Major community leadership project requiring in-field experience and consultation with key stakeholders. Processes to review leadership contribution and group dynamics incorporated into project work. Evaluation, presentation and management reports are provided to community organisation and advisory board. Seminars and peer coaching provide students with the opportunity to share and evaluate their leadership experience.
