Focuses on how to successfully implement major organisational change, organisational restructuring and strategic plans. The current models for organisational change and development are covered along with a number of case studies on change. Interventions such as team building, conflict resolution methods, and survey feedback methods are discussed. Students act as consultants to Perth business and government organisations on real problems and projects. They develop a consulting contract, work on a real organisational problem and provide a report and presentation to the company at the end of the assignment. |
