Introduction
The Curtin University Corrosion Engineering Courses are unique to the region and offer an opportunity to study from your home location. This course provides an advanced professional qualification for graduates in engineering or science disciplines.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A recognised bachelor degree in engineering or science with equivalent of first year Chemistry.
Note
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
Duration and Availability
This fee paying course is two years part-time study. Each student will be advised of their individual study plan, which will be subject to the availability and sequencing of units within the program. Two intakes are offered each year, in semester 1 and semester 2. However, the Semester 2 intake requires a minimum of five semesters to complete the course.
Intermediate Awards 1
A student who has successfully completed the requirements of an approved intermediate award may apply for graduation in that award subject to approval of Head of School/Department. Fees apply. Intermediate award(s) approved for this course are:
