Syllabus: The unit examines the critical role of nursing executives in achieving health service outcomes at a strategic level. It examines the application of health policy, health economics and legislation to the delivery of nursing services, the intersection of organisational planning and nursing service planning, the application of systems thinking, evidence based clinical and management practice, advocacy for nursing practice and the marketing of nursing services.
