Syllabus (HB): 1. Promotion and Formation of companies, including listed companies. 2. Corporate Management and Administration. 3. Capital Raising and Borrowing. 4. Take-overs and Related Matters. 5. External Administration. 6. The examination of the general principlesused in the convening of meetings. In this regard, emphasis has been placed upon the drafting of notices and agendas, preparation of minutes, establishment of quorums, counting of proxies, appointment and powers of chairpersons, directors and secretaries, rules of debate and the law of defamation.
