Syllabus: This unit deals with magazine feature writing and its international marketplace. It examines the sources of ideas, and their generation and development into stories; and explores basic forms and structures, and the wide variety of styles and topics. The unit will develop practical writing skills with special attention to publication style and the ability to write for different markets.
