Syllabus:	Development of advanced interpersonal skills and practitioner expertise in interviewing and counselling. Identification and exploration of client goals and related agendas. Conceptualisation of client issues. Selection of suitable methodologies, especially from brief strategic approaches and interactive training procedures. Integration of ethical principles in counselling (propriety, responsibility, competence and best practice).
