Syllabus:	Overview of photo-voltaic (PV) and wind energy technology. Energy storage, batteries, fuel cells, flywheels, configuration and design. Micro-hydro systems and design principles. Wind energy, wind farms and maximum power point tracking. Grid interfacing of renewable energy systems. Hybrid systems for remote area power supplies. Solar water pumping.
