Syllabus (HB): Focuses on developing a greater level of awareness, knowledge, understanding and competencies required from leaders in multi-contextual, multicultural and global environments. Challenges the appropriateneess of traditional Western leadership constructs, theories and models when working in and with other cultures, building an awareness of cultural differences and their impact on leaders and followers. Includes experiential learning and self-development through individual and group work.
