The purpose of this unit is to provide understanding of the linkage between an organisation's vision and values, strategic planning and operational human resource management. The unit provides participants with knowledge of and opportunity for practice in strategies which 'mobilise' business planning through simulations and case studies taken from both local and international organisations.
