Development of oral and written skills applicable to classroom practice, including oral presentation skills, and writing conventions applicable to summaries, essays, projects and technical reports. Study strategies, assignment presentation, examination techniques. Interpersonal communication and the role of nonverbal behaviour. Transactional models and the impact of gender and cultural differences on communication.
