In consultation with an agreed mentor, students will undertake an action research study of a focus area chosen from their perceived needs in the teaching situation, or undertake a supervised teaching project. If an action research study is chosen this can be the development in greater depth of a topic chosen in Ed 545 - Reflective Practitioner I or a new topic. If a supervised teaching project is undertaken, a high level of teaching skill will need to be demonstrated.
