Introduction
This course is designed for those who wish to improve their ability to analyse property investments and developments. It is suitable for private investors and developers as well as consultants to the property industry and practising professionals wishingto update their skills.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A degree in an appropriate field of study from a recognised institution with at least one year of relevant work experience. Applicants without a degree or equivalent, but with extensive industry training and work experience, may be admitted at the discretion of the Head of Department.

Recognition of Prior Learning
There is no recognition of prior learning but consideration may be given for unit substitution.

Duration and Availability
This fee paying course is of one year part-time study.

Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study. Students are expected tohave access to a CD-Rom drive and may incur a cost for personal Internet access.
