Syllabus:

Procedure - Local Court action for debt and damages, Small Claims Tribunal and commercial arbitration. Rules of evidence - court procedure. Conveyancing - sale of land, leasing, mortgages, bills of sale, partnerships, corporations, trusts and tax planning.
