Syllabus:

Aims to provide a broad understanding of chain management concepts. Topics covered include: mapping of chain product flows, information systems and processes, chain analysis, performance evaluation, change management, outsourcing, logistics, distributionchannel and partner selection, forecasting, inventory management, and relationship management. An agribusiness chain of the student's choice will be studied in greater depth.
