Syllabus:

Examination of the following aspects of technology: the legal environment, how organisations operate, legislation, litigation, incentives, controls, constraints and public policy considerations. Impact of these on organisations, processes of influencing governments and different approaches in different jurisdictions. Applying these aspects to a selected technology.
