Syllabus: Students will apply research methodology developed in the unit Wine Industry Project 501 to undertake experimentation with guidance. Students are required to establish and maintain experiments, gather data, perform data analysis and write a comprehensive report. Students will also be required to present their findings in seminar format. Emphasis is placed on effective research process and communication of findings.
