Syllabus:

Gravity - field instruments, observations and their reduction. Bouguer anomalies and their interpretation. Magnetic - instruments, observations, reduction and interpretation. Electrical - properties of rocks, investigations of resistivity, potential, induction and polarisation. Field trips and demonstrations in nearby locations.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Developed skills in communication and problem solving. Master in application of knowledge. An understanding of technology.
