Syllabus:

Advanced studies of adult teaching and learning. Design and implementation of self directed learning and learning strategy instruction. Dialogue and transactional processes. Critical thinking in classroom and practice settings. Overcoming barriers to adult learning, including social alienation, disaffection, disunity and rapid change.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have - Explained the distinctive nature of critical reflection. Explained the process of critical reflection. Applied the processes of critical reflection to a learning situation. Developed strategic plans to incorporate critically reflective practice into professional practice.
