Syllabus: | Introduction to automatic control theory. Control system modelling. Differential equations and Laplace transforms review. Dynamic behaviour of feedback control systems. Feed forward control systems. Control systems for complete plants. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understanding of the basic concepts of process control and the practical issues of process control in the minerals industry. |
