Syllabus:Introduction to automatic control theory. Control system modelling. Differential equations and Laplace transforms review. Dynamic behaviour of feedback control systems. Feed forward control systems. Control systems for complete plants.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understanding of the basic concepts of process control and the practical issues of process control in the minerals industry.
