Syllabus:

Marketing strategy, sales dynamics, promotion and customer service. Recruitment and selection, team coaching skills and leadership. eCommerce, equity financing, exporting, tax planning. Individual business counselling sessions.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Developed marketing plans. Developed team coaching environment within their firms. Implemented a business strategy within their business.

Unit Assessment Breakdown:

Assignment (1) A human resource plan for the business 30%. Assignment (2) report on progress made during the growth program 50%. Mentor reports 10%. Oral presentation on progress made within the growth program 10%. This is by grade/mark assessment.
