Growth and preparing for business growth. Understanding financial statements and financial dynamics. Individual mentoring around business project.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have developed key strategic planning and management skills. Identified their current position and potential for growth. Initiated a growth project, change plan for each participant.

Assignment (1) Individual assessment of the changes required for growth 50%. Assignment (2) A financial analysis of the business 30%. Mentor Reports 10%. Oral presentation on progress made within the growth program 10%. This is by grade/mark assessment.
