Syllabus:

Using computers to design and develop effective instructional materials. Technological approaches for generating and manipulating information to improve learning. Content sequencing and structure. Designing materials for flexible learning situations. Developing support for independent learning situations. Technology-based approaches for involving students in the development of their own learning activities and materials.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Used computers to design and develop effective learning materials. Generated and manipulated information to support improved learning. Sequenced and structured content in ways that facilitate learning. Designed materials for flexible learning situations. Developed materials that support independent learning. Involved technology-based approaches for involving students in the development of their own learning activities and materials.
