Syllabus:

Total quality management, benchmarking, best practice and practical experience of developing, writing and using quality management system documentation.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- A deeper and more sophisticated level of understanding about quality management and its application in the construction industry.
