Introduction
This course provides graduates from any discipline other than an accounting major, with enhanced knowledge and skills in accounting and related financial management aspects of business. Students completing will satisfy the requirements of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and CPA Australia.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A bachelor degree, excluding accounting majors, from a recognised tertiary education institution or an equivalent academic qualification and experience. All applicants are required to demonstrate English proficiency.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability
The course is three semesters full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Professional Recognition
The course is designed to meet the educational requirements for membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and CPA Australia.

Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.
