Design and analysis of clinical trials, methods of randomisation, life table and survival analysis, multiple linear regression, logistic regression and log-linear modelling, dimension reduction techniques, repeated measure analysis of variance, intra-class correlation and reliability measures, meta analysis. The use of statistical computer software is an essential part of the unit.
