Amnios, CVS and cord blood. Culturing and media. Harvesting - suspension: in situ, Results, counts and significance. Mosaicism - true and false - confined placental, Trisomy 20, Trisomy 2, Trisomy 7, zygote rescue, sex chromosome. Hooks tables, the effects of results, problems with interpretation.
