Introduction
This course is a specialised professional degree, primarily aimed at commerce graduates seeking skills in corporate administration as public and private practitioners, corporate accountants and advisers, or members of the legal profession, requiring further specialist qualifications and or continuing professional education.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A bachelors degree in a business, commerce or related field from a recognised Australian tertiary institution, or equivalent qualification. Applicants would normally be expected to have a minimum of two years relevant employment experience.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis. Prior learning may also be granted to those who have successfully completed recognised professional body examinations, for example, Chartered Accountants' (CA Program) examinations, Certified Practising Accountants Australia examinations.

Duration and Availability
This fee paying course is three semesters full-time or equivalent part-time study. Most classes are scheduled in the evening or late afternoon.

Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.
