| Syllabus: | This unit introduces students to the theory, principles and practice of leadership in health. It offers the opportunity for students to develop their own personal leadership style and public health professional identity. Students explore the development of leadership skills and strategies related to teamwork and collaboration, organisational capacity building, and the management of change. Student also examine organisations as leaders within complex adaptive systems. |
