Valuation Theory and Practice 600

Syllabus: | Valuation theory and practice 601 builds on the theory covered in Valuation theory and practice 600. Students will complete their 120 hours of practical work experience by the end of this unit and provide a completed work experience journal and mentor’s practicum report. Students will also use their knowledge from previous valuation units to complete two commercial valuation reports with reference to valuation guidance notes and standards and professional ethics. The successful completion of Valuation theory and practice 600 and 601 will satisfy the valuation industry experience requirements of the Australian Property Institute. |
