Syllabus: | Theories of counselling practice and the nature of people. An understanding of major theoretical models and procedures for directing counselling and behaviour change. The application of counselling theoretical models to areas including mental health issues, risk assessment, problem solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal disputes, role transitions. |
