Introduction
UniReady will enable students to matriculate into Curtin (and other universities). The program incorporates a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness that caters to students with a wide range of educational backgrounds, ages and experiences. This program is flexible enough to allow students to complete one, some or all of the units in the course depending on Recognition of Prior Learning.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens and Australian Permanent Residents.
Specific Requirements
The course is available fully online via flexible delivery modes which include live web conferencing support sessions. On application, students are required to consult with the course or unit coordinator to determine eligibility and a career pathway.
Note
Applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Upon completion of the course, an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) will be generated to determine eligibility to continue onto degree level studies.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applicants cannot receive recognition of prior learning for completed bridging units when transferring to award courses.
Duration and Availability
The program is one semester full-time study or two semesters of part-time study and two intakes are offered per year, one in each semester.
Course Organisation
Students complete the units required (for matriculation) for entry into some courses of study.
Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
