Introduction
Designed to meet the needs of those already working in the human resource management field who do not hold a first Degree, or those who wish to become human resource management/industrial relations professionals. Satisfactory performance in the graduate certificate provides entry to the graduate diploma course.
Course Entry Requirements/ Prerequisites
A bachelor degree in a field other than business, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution, or significant professional experience.
Course Organisation
Full-time and part-time seminars.
