For example: electron microscopy, theory, electron probe microanalyser, applications and recent advances. Mass spectrometry. Instrumentation: ion sources, magnetic analysers and detection systems. Data handling. Accuracy, systems calibration. Applications: geophysics, nuclear physics, chemistry, environmental science and archaeometry. Practical experience. |
