Syllabus: | Introduction to systems concepts, epistemological mode of 'systems' contrast with ontological mode, problems and issues in analysing user information needs, traditional and contemporary approaches to information systems requirements determination and modelling, the use of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), and relevant frameworks in managing systems development and as they relate to the above. |
