Syllabus: | Students undertake a period of 120 hours in professional valuation practice under the supervision of a Licensed Valuer. Students are required to prepare and submit three full narrative valuation reports and a work diary certified by the student mentor. Students must apply property valuation methodologies and analysis techniques to construct their valuation reports. |
