Syllabus: | Designed to develop high level strategic marketing skills at a senior management level. Additionally, the unit will provide insight into the diverse skills and tools needed to manage a complex organization through a focus on key aspects such as strategic capability, sustainability, corporate governance, ethics and social responsibility, diversification and international expansion, mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances; corporate culture, structures and power politics, financial analysis, leadership and strategic change and implementation and monitoring strategies. |
