Syllabus: | This unit focuses on the technical or more practice-based aspects of the course and will also incorporate an online practice module. It is an introduction to the scope and potential of various advanced modes of technology including building, IT, and manufacturing as facilitators to generate and enable design processes and innovative resolutions locally, nationally, and internationally. Students are encouraged to explore and apply advanced technologies through their design practice and work-integrated learning. The unit also allows opportunities for students to develop their professional practice and knowledge skills. This unit requires a work placement of equivalent to minimum of 3 hours per week. |
