| Syllabus: | Introduction to geophysical methods. Magnetics theory, acquisition and interpretation. Transient electromagnetic methods; Electrical properties of rocks; magnetotellurics. Gravity theory, acquisition and interpretation. Radio detection and ranging; induced polarisation; radiometrics; borehole methods. Collecting and displaying geophysical data. Field exercises. |
