| Syllabus: | The unit consists of the application of business skills and theoretical principles to the clinical operational management of a health service. The unit integrates professional health standards of safety and quality in clinical leadership within clinical operational management of health services across Indigenous and/or -multicultural contexts. The topic areas include financial management for health services, patient care delivery models, health staffing, rostering, human resource management applications and clinical governance. |
