Syllabus: | Mediation theory and practice. Understanding of models and procedures for counselling and behaviour change. Integration and application of theoretical perspectives to couples/relationship work, interpersonal conflict, conflict resolution and mediation in a variety of settings. Facilitative mediation process. An understanding of cultural factors in counselling and mediation. |
