| Syllabus: | This unit aims to equip final-year creative writing students with up-to-date skills and knowledge that will help them to operate professionally and successfully in the electronic environment. Students investigate the opportunities and challenges made available to creative writers by the digital environment, and debates around intellectual property. Students engage creatively with forms and genres that have recently emerged or are currently emerging out of the electronic environment and explore the opportunities the electronic environment provides for profiling, promoting and commercialising a writer’s work. |
