Syllabus: | This unit provides the students with a business focused exploration of laws that impact on customers and competitors. The legal risks arising from the Australian Competition and Consumer Law, on business actions and strategies including misleading or deceptive conduct, unfair sales techniques, pricing strategies, consumer guarantees, selling strategies and collusion are analysed in the context of the legal impact on a business, its directors, management and staff. |
