| Syllabus: | Income producing properties play a vital role as an asset class for both households and corporate entities. Students learn the components of income, accounting and property management, processes for income producing properties; leases and operating expenses, property before tax cash flow analysis and valuation. In addition, students will be introduced to debt financing, after-tax cash flow analysis, financial mathematics applied to valuation and analysis of income producing properties |
