| Syllabus: | The control of infectious diseases remains an essential task in public health. Students in this unit will scrutinise public health strategies for the control of infectious diseases, outbreak investigation and management, immunisation, public health legislation, and policy development for infectious disease control programs; Also covered are applications of control principles to specific infectious disease outbreaks and implications for disaster management. |
