Syllabus: | A focus on the role of leadership and professional development in developing the teacher as learner. Topics include the nature of teachers' work, construction of teachers' knowledge, forms of teacher inquiry and reflection, and social organisational conditions of schools which support teacher learning. Participants conduct action research. |
