Introduction
This course is designed for those who who are new to the property industry and wish to improve their skill base. It is also for those that want to break into the industry for the first time. This Graduate Certificate provides the fundamentals of property including economics and market analysis as well as more speacialist units such as valuation and investment analysis.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A degree from a recognised institution in a discipline other than property studies or applicants without a degree or equivalent, but with extensive industry training and work experience.
Recognition of Prior Learning
There is limited recognition of prior learning, however consideration may be given for unit substitution.
Duration and Availability
This fee-paying course is one year part-time study and studies commencing only in the first semester of the academic year.
Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks and other essential study materials such as a financial calculator
